🍓 Monday – Detoxifying Blueberry Smoothie

Purpose: Cleansing and hydration

 

Ingredients:

½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

½ cup of blueberries

½ cucumber (peeled)

Juice of 1 lemon

1 cup of cold water

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions:

Thoroughly wash all fruit and cucumbers. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve over ice for extra refreshment.

Ingredients:

½ cup of pineapple

½ mango

½ banana

1 cup almond milk or coconut milk

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Instructions:

Soak chia seeds in a small amount of water for 10–15 minutes (optional). Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy.

 

 

Benefits:

Rich in vitamin C and natural sugars that give you energy

Chia provides fiber and omega-3 fatty acids

Plant-based and refreshing

Tip: Use frozen fruit for a thick, ice cream-like consistency!
