You need: 30 grams of fresh bay leaves, 300 ml of 60% alcohol.
Chop the bay leaves and place them in a glass jar, add the alcohol, and seal tightly. Store in a warm place for about 10 days, then strain and store in another glass jar.
Use this infusion to massage the affected areas. Do not use this treatment for more than a month and do not ingest it.
