Ingredients
1 tablespoon dried dandelion root
1 teaspoon fresh ginger slices
1 teaspoon parsley or basil leaves
Juice of ½ lemon
2 cups water
Optional: a teaspoon of raw honey
Instructions
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add the dandelion root, ginger, and parsley.
Simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Strain the mixture into a cup.
Add lemon juice and honey if desired.
