Ingredients
4 slices thick-cut bologna
4 slices white bread
2 slices American or cheddar cheese (optional)
2 tbsp butter or bacon grease
Yellow mustard or mayonnaise (optional)
Instructions
Heat butter or bacon grease in a skillet over medium heat.
Cut a small slit in the edge of each bologna slice to prevent curling.
Place bologna slices in the hot skillet and fry for 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned and slightly crispy on the edges.
