🧾 Homemade recipes with Kalanchoe

1. Infusion for respiratory problems
Ingredients:
3 fresh Kalanchoe leaves
300 ml of water
1 tsp of honey (optional)
Preparation :
Wash the leaves and cut them into small pieces.
Boil the water, add the leaves and let it steep for 10 minutes.
Strain and add honey if desired.
👉Drink 1 cup warm in the morning and evening for 3 to 5 days.
2. Poultice for muscle and lower back pain
Ingredients:
4 to 5 fresh Kalanchoe leaves
Clean compress or cloth
Preparation :
Crush the leaves to obtain a paste.
Apply to the painful area.
Cover with the compress and leave for 30 to 40 minutes.
👉Repeat 1 to 2 times a day until improvement.
3. Detox and diuretic juice
Ingredients:
2 fresh Kalanchoe leaves
1 cup of water
1 slice of pineapple
½ cucumber
Preparation :
Wash all the ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
👉Drink on an empty stomach, 2 to 3 times a week.
4. Natural cough syrup
Ingredients:
5 fresh Kalanchoe leaves
250 ml of pure honey
Juice of 1 lemon
Preparation :
Crush the leaves and collect their juice.
Mix with the honey and lemon juice.
Store in a dark glass bottle in the refrigerator.
👉Take 1 teaspoon every 4 to 6 hours.
